We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement to serve as the critical bridge between strategy, process, and execution across our entire sales team. This is a high-impact, hybrid role where you will not just administer tools and training but actively define the success framework for our go-to-market organisation. Job Responsibility:
Strategy & Definition: Drive and define the overarching sales enablement strategy, ensuring alignment with global sales objectives and overall business goals
Cross-Functional Influence: Work deeply with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, People and Growth to ensure processes, content, and strategies are fully aligned and optimised end-to-end
Change Management: Act as a critical agent of change, managing complex, high-impact projects from ideation to successful completion across multiple, often competing, stakeholder groups
Managing a small team of two who will be instrumental in helping you achieve the above
Technology Management: Expertly evaluate, select, implement, and maintain the entire sales technology stack (including HubSpot, Jira, Looker etc)
ROI Analysis: Serve as the subject matter expert on all system functionality and integrations, constantly analysing usage metrics and measuring the ROI of all technology investments
Data & Insights: Conduct deep, data-driven analysis to identify critical knowledge, skill, or process gaps. Translate complex findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Content Lifecycle: Oversee the entire sales content lifecycle, from defining content needs to creating customised assets and measuring their effectiveness at each buyer stage
Training Design: Design and deliver advanced, modern training and coaching programmes focused on high-value topics (e.g., value-based selling, advanced objection handling, competitive positioning)
Manager Coaching: Directly coach and enable sales managers on how to effectively coach and develop their own teams, ensuring skills and knowledge transfer is leveraged across the organisation
Requirements:
5+ years of progressive experience in a strategic Sales Operations and/or Sales Enablement role, preferably within a high-growth or high-performance sales environment
Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot and a strong familiarity with the modern sales tech landscape
A proven track record of managing and leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and superior communication capabilities
A self-starter who is adept at managing change and influencing outcomes across various teams without direct reporting lines
