Job Responsibility
Oversee the sales funnel, driving weekly, monthly, and annual targets for bookings and conversions to ensure consistent regional growth
Formulate annual business plans and sales forecasts
maintain analytical reporting to provide the management team with clear insights into project performance
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing internal sales team and a network of elite real estate agencies to ensure peak performance and alignment with corporate objectives
Conduct market surveys and trend analysis to influence product packaging, competitive pricing models, and strategic launching schedules
Plan and execute sales events and promotional activities, managing external service providers and organisers to ensure premium brand delivery
Conceptualise and execute high-impact marketing initiatives, including digital strategies and public relations to maximise brand awareness and lead generation
Deliver project briefings and continuous professional training to internal staff and external agents to ensure a unified sales approach.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Studies, or a related field
A minimum of 10+ years of experience specifically within property development industry
A proven track record of success in the property development sector, specifically within the Southern market (JB)
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage diverse agency relationships
Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L, pricing strategies, and business planning
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior management and external stakeholders.
