Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage both developer sales and sub-sales efforts to meet overall sales targets and business goals
Strategize and implement occupancy-driven campaigns to boost take-up rates and enhance property occupancy
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, consultants, and industry partners to support business development and sales conversion
Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to inform and refine sales and marketing initiatives
Plan and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities while developing strategies to maximise ROI and drive performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management or a related discipline
At least 5 years of solid experience in sales and leasing, ideally within the property development or real estate sector
Strong grasp of sales strategies, market dynamics, and property valuation principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
