The Senior Manager, Sales Compensation, is responsible for the design, administration, and operational excellence of global sales commission plans. You will lead a team of analysts who own day-to-day commission calculations, reporting, and field inquiry resolution. You will ensure that compensation plans are designed to be competitive, scalable, accurate, and aligned with business strategy, while fostering a high-performance team culture focused on quality, partnership, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Compensation Analysts
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, market-competitive commission plans
Oversee accurate and timely processing of global commission payouts
Direct the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and data models
Lead the team responsible for resolving commission-related inquiries
Identify, drive, and implement process enhancements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or related fields
8+ years of experience in sales compensation, business analysis, finance, or related roles
Experience in SaaS or technology environments strongly preferred
3+ years of people management experience, including leading analysts or compensation operations teams
Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or public company environments is a plus
