Job Description

As Senior Manager, Risk Operation AI Enablement, you will be at the forefront of transforming our risk operations through AI. You will partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to identify, prototype, and deploy AI solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and proactive risk control. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for whom thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and technical innovation. This role is based in Singapore.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with different Operations teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and lead the design and execution of proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and business value
  • Collaborate with Engineering to deploy successful AI solutions into production, ensuring robust integration with existing workflows and systems
  • Continuously monitor and analyze AI agent performance post go-live, iterating on models and workflows to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Rapidly build and iterate on operational AI tools using low-code or no-code platforms, empowering Ops teams to scale solutions with minimal engineering bottlenecks
  • Act as the bridge between Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance, ensuring alignment and effective execution of AI initiatives
  • Ensure all AI solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, internal governance standards, and best practices for responsible AI in financial services
  • Shape and drive strategic initiatives to uplift risk management, operational efficiency, and customer experience through AI

Requirements

  • Deep operational domain knowledge, especially familiar with operational flows in risk operations, KYC/AML, fraud, or credit risk
  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in production environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, operations, or technology roles within fintech or financial services, with a proven track record of AI/ML solution delivery
  • Experience with building AI solutions in risk management
