We’re looking for our first Revenue Operations leader to own and optimize our entire go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships—designing the systems, processes, and analytics that drive predictable revenue growth and operational excellence. This role will be highly cross-functional and strategic, and it will also require building many systems and processes from 0 to 1.
Job Responsibility:
Own forecast accuracy, pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue predictability
Design territory assignments, quota planning, product expansion playbooks, and sales compensation plans that drive the right behaviors
Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership, translating business needs into operational solutions and managing competing priorities with sound judgment
Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across pipeline generation, conversion, and retention
Build and maintain a rigorous operating rhythm (forecasting, leading indicators, QBRs) for revenue teams, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
Own Deal Desk operations including pricing, packaging and and approval workflows
Design and administer compensation plans and commission operations in partnership with Finance
Oversee the entire revenue technology ecosystem in conjunction with our GTM systems team. This will require selecting, implementing and optimizing tooling across the customer lifecycle - from CRM to marketing automation, sales engagement, post sales tooling and business intelligence solutions.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, consulting or related GTM functions at a high-growth B2B Enterprise software company
Deep expertise in revenue technology platforms (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, BI tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Proven track record of implementing scalable GTM processes and driving operational improvements
Bias for action and extensive experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance leaders
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
