Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue enablement, customer service training, or organizational development within a SaaS environment
  • At least 5+ years in a formal people management role
  • Specialized expertise in Customer Support and Operations (CS&O) enablement
  • Proven experience managing managers and leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Exceptional executive presence and cross-functional influence
  • Strategic GTM Alignment: Ability to work closely with other GTM enablement leaders
  • Advanced Analytical Mindset: Experience defining and owning a complex matrix of KPIs
