Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Retail Performance and Operations is responsible for leading and managing the overall retail operations for Barton Perreira, driving commercial performance, elevating client experience, and strengthening brand presence across the retail network. This role combines strategic vision with operational leadership, translating brand objectives into impactful retail strategies while ensuring consistency, profitability, and excellence across all store locations. This role plays a critical role in developing high-performing teams, optimizing retail performance, and supporting the long-term growth and expansion of the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and implement retail strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across all store locations
  • Analyze market trends, client behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and performance optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally across departments and channels to ensure alignment of retail strategies with overall brand objectives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail management, preferably within eyewear, jewelry, or high-end fashion
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail strategies in a competitive luxury environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience building, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management, sales forecasting, and operational optimization
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
