Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Manager for our Restaurants & Quick Serve offering, to lead our fast-paced food venues at Butlin’s Bognor Regis. This is a key senior role where you’ll inspire a team of Venue and Shift Managers, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while keeping a close eye on performance, costs, and team development. You’ll use data and feedback to drive improvement, manage rotas and budgets, and work closely with resort leadership to plan ahead and meet guest demand.

Job Responsibility:

Lead fast-paced food venues at Butlin’s Bognor Regis
Oversee outlets including Burger King, Papa John’s, Subway, Costa, Chopstix and own brand restaurants
Take charge of daily operations, team management, and brand standards
Inspire a team of Venue and Shift Managers
Ensure exceptional guest experiences
Keep a close eye on performance, costs, and team development
Use data and feedback to drive improvement
Manage rotas and budgets
Work closely with resort leadership to plan ahead and meet guest demand
Motivate your team to deliver the highest standards
Use market data, trends, and feedback to improve and develop standards consistently across the department
Manage your budget closely
Drive your team to deliver KPIs based on sales and costs
Review performance regularly to identify areas of opportunity and risk
Work closely with Operational Teams to project guest demand and team requirements

Requirements:

Solid leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B
Ability to thrive in a hands-on role
Ability to balance financial targets with service excellence
Passion for leading high-performing teams
Exceptional knowledge and solid experience of leading multiple restaurants, fast food or quick service operations
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Ability to be both hands-on and comfortable diving into day-to-day challenges and strategic direction
Ability to set a clear vision for your team
Ability to work closely alongside your teams to manage any challenges that arise
Thrive on motivating and developing large teams
Strong financial acumen
Adept at managing budgets, P&L, and using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills
