Job Description

Provides leadership for multi-year projects, often with cross-divisional impact, ensuring that all projects meet expected delivery dates, budget allocations, and regulatory requirements. Leads and directs the activities of groups of supervisors or specialists. You will have a strategic opportunity to help shape the development of our fast-growing European business and keep pace with the challenges of regulatory change. This role will; (i) lead Vanguard in assessing the implications of European regulations, (ii) strategically consider how to incorporate and implement change across the business and (iii) ensure and strategically drive appropriate disclosure of these activities in reporting deliverables. Ultimately this role will fulfil the mandate to effectively implement regulatory change across our European business and work with Senior stakeholders to drive the right outcomes for the firm.
