Own and manage Sourcing Quality Projects and Initiatives with a focus on improving and developing cross-Divisional quality analytics to sustain quality for adidas, support improvements to Quality Performance, as well as providing insights to Leadership for decision making. Lead quality reporting and manage data source and display content.
Job Responsibility:
Lead one aligned adidas Quality vision and direction across divisions, in close collaboration with regional Quality leads
Manage the transformation toward Digital Quality by establishing system solutions and processes to enable digitalization
Lead Quality continuous improvement activities and drive best-in-class process, systems and innovations across the quality and the supply chain
Gather insights on Quality system innovations inside and outside the industry, investigate potential improvements and new ways of working
Manage and evolve the adidas Quality KPI Framework targets and goals applicable to global supply base
Govern all Quality-related documentation (SOPs, policies, procedures, audit plans)
Conduct global analyses of critical quality measures and initiate updates to close gaps
Support quality teams initiatives when needed to ensure consistent performance improvement and verification
Manage 3rd-party inspection relationships and performance
Ensure all sourcing operations comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements
Create and lead reporting and analysis of cross-division / LO / factory quality data to generate insights and early warnings for improved decision-making
Manage Sourcing Quality Communication Channels (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure critical information is accessible to stakeholders
Provide guidance to LOs and suppliers during pilots, validations, scaling phases, and implementation of new systems, modules, and quality process enhancements
Collaborate with regional Quality teams to tailor quality programs for high-risk or under-performing suppliers
Coordinate onboarding of new suppliers on all quality-related topics
Proactively upskill on industry and quality-relevant knowledge and promote information-sharing to leverage learnings

Requirements:
University degree in engineering/materials or related areas
Minimum 7+ years of experience in MNC environment e.g., top tier consulting, project management, quality concepts, supply chain management background
Have a wide experience of quality management concepts in manufacturing of consumer goods
Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to work with multidimensional teams
