Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Manager, Quality Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, stability, and performance of our applications under various load conditions. You will work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies that drive product excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Lead / Design and implement performance testing strategies for web, API, and backend systems
Design, Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, Locust or similar
Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps to resolve performance issues and improve system performance
Define performance benchmarks and success criteria
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate test outcomes to stakeholders
Participate in performance tuning, capacity planning, and architecture reviews
Ensure Quality test framework is developed and maintained by QA team
Enable the framework to assist QA to be in line with the development cycle
Drive operational excellence — monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, and incident management
Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely delivery of integration projects
Promote best practices for versioning, testing, and automation
Partner with stakeholders to identify new integration opportunities that drive business value
Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers to deliver high-quality services
Manage and grow team performance, goals, and career development
Balance people leadership, technical guidance, and delivery management
Hire, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
build a high-performing team
Remove blockers, manage risks, and facilitate effective communication across teams

Requirements:

15+ years of experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Management or leadership certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) preferred
Strong leadership and people management skills
Deep understanding of QA, Performance testing and QA test architecture
Experience in cloud-native API and microservices Quality assurance
Experience with enterprise Test frameworks and automation
Proven experience managing complex cross-system integrations and testing
Strong background in agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder communication
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Strong focus on scalability, security, and reliability
