The Senior Manager will hold accountability for the execution and leadership of operational tasks in the field of Promotional Material Compliance that requires established experience in Denmark and/or Norway compliance reviews and specific scientific expertise in the sector of human and veterinary medicinal products.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and help drive opportunities for increased service support to Line Manager
Participation in promotional material review & signoff and Healthcare compliance projects to ensure global/local marketing compliance including medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements and herbal products
Coordination and management of Local and Global PMC and Healthcare compliance projects
Communication with clients and Health Authorities
Responsible for the planning and execution of client projects in accordance with KPIs
Coordination of project teams with colleagues and qualified external partners
General guidance (consultancy) of colleagues and clients regarding PMC and Healthcare compliance
Provide knowledge and insight to support staffing proposals and decisions for projects
PMC and Healthcare compliance intelligence - develop and maintain personal PMC and Healthcare compliance knowledge, apply to client projects and actively share with colleagues
Present seminars and lectures for colleagues, clients and professional audiences
Ensure personal leadership in supporting VDC strategy implementation and optimization
Comply with, maintain and contribute to optimizing internal processes
Provide day to day operational support for colleagues
Support with VDC led commercial, marketing and business development activities including proposal input
Oversee project team to ensure delivery to budget and manage resolution of any invoicing queries
In agreement with Head of VDC CLS providing on-site PMC and Healthcare compliance support to PharmaLex clients
Requirements:
University degree in Life Science
Minimum 3 years experience in Denmark and/or Norway compliance (and medical) reviews
Specific scientific expertise in human and veterinary medicinal products
Native Danish or Norwegian required
Fluent business English
Structured, analytical, systematic and independent way of working
Demonstrable ability in leading, mentoring, managing and motivation of staff
Very good communication skills (written and verbally)
Good presentation skills, confident appearance
Nice to have:
Ph.D. is considered an advantage
Experience and knowledge on other Nordic country marketing compliance regulations is considered an advantage
Fluent other Nordic language is considered an advantage
