Job Responsibility:

  • Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Pharmacy Business Analytics area
  • Analyzes contracts, industry significant information (mostly regulations), data analyses, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement for the Pharmacy Business Analytics area
  • Analyzes, researches, and articulates strategic opportunities
  • Applies rebate-based contracts and the financial formulary contract model based on their characteristics to accurately model rebate financials
  • Conducts written analysis on various scenarios to describe an understanding and anticipated potential design evolution and the potential impact on available financials
  • Works with internal and external partners to address issues related to formulary design, including utilization and drug spend trends
  • Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years prior work experience in business analytics, data management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools
  • Proficiency using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Tableau Server
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Project management skills and/or training (PMP certification a plus)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships in a fast‑paced work environment across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated experience working with business and/or data processes
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage and/or lead complex data systems
  • Ability to prioritize work and shift direction as business needs around them
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of leading or managing large projects
