Job Description:

Work with Production heads at various plants as tasked by management. Ensure proper implementation of ISO standards in Production. Work with plants to study and implement suitable Lean practices. Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements. Implement 5S practices. Ensures on-time delivery as per Customer requirements. Coaching and counselling Production heads of various plants; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Any other task assigned by management.

Job Responsibility:

Ensures efficient man-management
raw materials planning in all production facilities
Supports and encourages individual production heads to evaluate & improve manufacturing processes, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and material
Supports and encourages individual production heads to Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
Be responsible for the overall efficient running of all assigned Production units

Requirements:
