Job Description:

Senior Manager Product Strategy for Weight Management product within Care Management Solutions team at CVS Health, responsible for managing product value, financial performance evaluation, business case development, and quantitative evaluation of clinical program outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Managing overall product value to CVS and clients
Supporting product functions focused on financial performance evaluation
Business case development for new product opportunities
Quantitative evaluation of clinical program outcomes using Rx and medical claims data
Owning Product financial models and business cases
Developing product clinical outcome evaluation strategies
Championing client value story to the market
Owning client-facing program value story
Driving development of quantitative tools to project program value for new clients

Requirements:

3-5 years experience with financial modeling and conducting quantitative analyses
Understanding of financial statements
3-5 years of experience in product design or product management, product strategy, or consulting
Experience within the Healthcare industry
Experience working in a Product organization in a matrixed organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with multiple functional areas such as Product, Commercialization, Clinical, Finance, Sales

Nice to have:

Advanced degree in a business-related field
Experience working in pharmacy benefit and/or health insurance industries
Direct experience with analyses of Rx and/or medical claims
Care management experience
Excellent design intuition/background
Tableau experience
