About the opportunity This is a commercially focused leadership role at the centre of how we win and grow major freight and eCommerce customers. You'll lead a tight, high-performing team of three specialists who partner directly with enterprise sales on complex, high-value opportunities. Together, you'll shape solutions that cut across parcels, freight and digital services. This team plays a critical role in closing deals. You'll bring structure, commercial rigour and clear thinking to how we design offers, price solutions and compete in market. You'll report into senior freight leadership and work closely with enterprise sales, product and operations leaders. You'll be hands-on in key deals, coaching your team and stepping in where needed to move opportunities forward. Requirements
Strong experience in freight, logistics or 3PL, with a clear understanding of how large customers buy and operate
Experience supporting or leading complex sales, including solution design and commercial negotiation
Proven leadership experience, ideally managing a small, specialist team in a fast-paced environment
