Job Responsibility

  • Lead the product strategy and execution for real-time decisions about whether to approve or decline customer applications based on customer eligibility, risk profile, and fraud exposure
  • Shape the future of how these automated decisions balance customer experience against potential fraud losses
  • Lead a team of talented product managers and work cross-functionally with engineering, fraud, marketing, and operations to deliver best-in-class digital experiences
  • Define, build, and accelerate risk management solutions for pre-booking experiences that enable us to serve small business customers quickly and in a well-managed way

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
