This role oversees the platform products that solve our customer journey verification ecosystem. As the Senior Manager of Platform Enablement, you will lead a high impact product organization responsible for the end-to-end customer journey confidence. Your mission is to eliminate manual testing, unlock robust production validation, and bridge the gap between pre-release testing and post release monitoring. You will manage a portfolio that includes maturing enterprise-grade testing tools, a transformative production-testing capability, and high-potential 0-to-1 initiative in observability.
