Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle to design collaborative multi-user banking solutions that span generations
Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions
Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence
Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value, specifically within a modern data ecosystem (e.g., cloud-based data platforms, APIs, real-time data flows)
Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks, including those related to data quality, data governance, and data pipeline efficiency
Leads and develops cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment, championing data-driven decision making and fostering a culture of data literacy. This includes direct management and mentorship of product managers
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Nice to have:
Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management
Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies
Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps
Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers
