Job Description:

The Multi-User Experiences team was created to serve the unique needs of how customers manage their money through a variety of relationships. These multi-user experiences include numerous dynamics, including caring for children, elderly parents, temporarily helping someone in need, and more. As Multi-User accounts have very unique needs, you will be tasked with being the voice of these customers throughout development of new features that enable customers to manage their money (or the money of their loved ones) the way they need to. As a Senior Manager Product Manager, you’ll be focused on enabling these new relational experiences through investment in our backend architecture, data ecosystem and connecting new services throughout the Bank to unlock limitless relationship possibilities.

  • Transformational Leadership - Leads and develops cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment, championing data-driven decision making and fostering a culture of data literacy. This includes direct management and mentorship of product managers

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

  • Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies
  • Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers
