Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Customer Restrictions Product team plays a critical people leadership role in achieving our goals. This individual will lead and mentor a team of product managers in developing our universe of data products, including helping customers in moments that matter. Our data ecosystem plays a critical role in improving customer experience by enabling real-time, intelligent updates to unlock capabilities that will protect our customers from fraudulent activity and create quicker access to their funds by accelerating the response time.This role is crucial for transforming the data experience for all of our customer personas across Small Business Bank and will play a leading role in shaping local and partner roadmaps as we define shared capabilities that can be scaled across our line of business, and Enterprise.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of product managers
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have:

  • Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies
  • Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers
