About the Team: Agent Platforms & Communications cares for the foundational systems and capabilities that power our customer and associate servicing touchpoints across all human-assisted channels: Branch, Cafe, Phone & Back Office. We steward an ecosystem of federated servicing experiences that span our Consumer and Small Business Banks. This role will lead our Teller modernization efforts: Driving the strategy and vision for transforming vendor solutions into flexible, scalable internal capabilities to help the associates in our in-person locations thrive. This is a critical area set to reimagine in-person servicing and expand our current platforms to meet the unique needs of the areas we serve. Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Nice to have:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
