Job Description

We are looking for an experienced product and people leader to lead the evolution of a platform designed to abstract away the friction of enterprise security. The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer-focused mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to erasing the boundaries between disparate security tools, creating a unified experience that scales alongside our customers’ most complex global requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and champion the multi-year vision for the Command Platform
  • Lead cross-team collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
  • Relentlessly advocate for our users, ensuring their voice is represented in every product decision
  • Use outcome-driven product thinking to define success, measure customer impact through adoption, time to value, and satisfaction scores
  • Work with product and marketing leadership to develop content, messaging and competitive positioning
  • Lead the strategy for global platform expansion

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • At least 3+ years in a people management or leadership role within SaaS platform environments
  • Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, multi-tenant architectures, Identity & Access Management (IAM), API ecosystems, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term delivery
  • Insatiable curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Passion for telling effective stories that focus on impact for technical and non-technical topics
  • Internal drive to drive research and keep up to date with competitive and industry trends
  • Ability to establish key metrics for platform health, adoption, and customer satisfaction that inform executive-level decision-making
