Senior Manager, Product Management - Risk Management Product. Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and internal users to identify pain points and co-create solutions that modernize our Counterparty Risk platform
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for data-intensive products, serving as the bridge between complex analysis and technical execution
  • Manage the product lifecycle for critical data pipelines, ensuring the flow of risk data is accurate, timely, and structured for downstream decision-making
  • Drive the day-to-day backlog and sprint prioritization, making smart trade-offs to deliver continuous value while troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Leverage AI tools (like Gemini and Windsurf) to accelerate your workflow—from drafting specs to analyzing feedback—allowing you to focus on high-impact problem solving

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
