Senior Manager, Product Management-Multi-Tenant Platform Excellence (eCBR). Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. As eCBR scales from a single-tenant solution to a high-velocity, multi-tenant powerhouse, we are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Platform Excellence Tower. This is a strategic leadership role designed for a product thinker who thrives at the intersection of complex systems architecture, data integrity, and enterprise-grade reliability. Your mission is to ensure that as we onboard diverse tenants, the platform remains a "Gold Standard" for accuracy and resilience.

Job Responsibility

  • Horizontal Capability Roadmap: Identify and define requirements for platform-wide capabilities
  • Strategic Root Cause Analysis: Lead high-stakes technical RCAs for complex, cross-platform issues
  • Multi-Tenant Governance: Partner with diverse LOB stakeholders
  • Control Design & Defense: Own the lifecycle of platform controls
  • Executive Influence: Translate the technical risk landscape and your vision for platform excellence into actionable insights for VP-level leadership

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
