Senior Manager, Product Management - DevX CORE. Capital One is a high-tech company, a scientific laboratory, and a nationally recognized brand. Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (C.O.R.E.) delivers foundational infrastructure and a common developer experience enabling Capital One to thrive in the cloud. To accelerate emerging business needs that leverage new cloud technologies and ML/AI capabilities. Focused on polycloud enablement strategy to support Generative AI exploration, and other emerging business initiatives across Capital One.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deliver best in class, innovative and data driven technology products
  • Focus on GenAI optionality, enabling experimentation, polycloud enablement, cloud infrastructure for emerging Business, data infrastructure, production reliability, and recovery platforms
  • Provide cloud and AI tooling optionality for implementing Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence capabilities
  • Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria
  • Breakdown business epics into features and user stories
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset
  • Support in prioritizing feature development roadmaps
  • Create buy-in for the product vision
  • Act as a product evangelist
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) OR a Master's Degree in a quantitative field OR an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Preferred)
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure well architected frameworks (Preferred)
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (Preferred)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - certification or extensive experience in AWS (Preferred)
