Job Description:

This role brings value to Aetna International members and business partners by bringing new solutions to solve customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of existing product portfolio, development of new products to support growth agenda, and identification of new healthcare programs and services for globally mobile members accessing care while in the U.S. or living and working abroad.

Job Responsibility:

Support the strategic development and implementation of large product initiatives
Leverages in-depth knowledge of products across functions and market segments
Acts as a subject matter expert within the Product Management and Development department
Identifies integrated programs and services to enhance capabilities
Directs, evaluates, and provides requirements for business processes and systems
Seek and maintain understanding of environmental influences and competitive pressures
Consult/drive effective product offerings to customers
Understand and track key financial performance indicators
Establish and manage cross-functional development and implementation work groups
Cultivates relationships with internal and external constituencies
Directs the development of training materials for new product roll-out
May support sales teams as subject matter expert
Interprets legislative, competitive and industry issues

Requirements:

5 to 7 years healthcare medical insurance experience
5 to 7 years benefits and plan design experience
3 to 5 years commercial lines of business experience
3 to 5 years project management experience
3 to 5 years stakeholder management experience
Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word)
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

Nice to have:

3 to 5 years international healthcare insurance experience
PMP certification
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at business intelligence
