As the Product Manager for this outcome, you will lead the charge in removing manual bottlenecks from the release process. The Mission: Replace manual intervention with intelligent automation—including automated testing, approvals, and deep production insights. The Strategy: Utilize feature flags to decouple deployment from release, driving faster time-to-market and increased system stability. The Ideal Leader: A passionate, technology-driven PM who empathizes with the developer experience and thrives on building tools that simplify high-scale delivery.

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer platforms, DevOps tools, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale enterprise platforms, particularly for internal developer customers
  • Deep expertise in the modern software development lifecycle (SDLC), including release engineering, progressive delivery, quality assurance, and automated testing principles
  • Proven experience translating complex business strategy and technical challenges into a clear, data-driven product roadmap

What we offer

  • Performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI)
  • comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits
