Job Description

The role of the Senior Manager, Product Integration Planning to support the development of the X-category Product strategy and seasonal planning across the product team to achieve GCA’s top priority. This role will also act as key contactor from product team to support key business-related initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with x-BU team to develop holistic product strategy plan, as the guidance for seasonal category plan development
  • Work with BU teams to develop seasonal category plan to serve category plan signoff
  • Work with senior leadership x-functions to develop various product related plan / analysis to serve key GTM milestone, such as GTM S/O, SMM, Trade Meeting, etc.
  • Support senior leadership to develop various business reporting / planning per requirement and business needs
  • Drive and guide Leaders by creating and sharing a systematic and integrated view of selected work-streams (set the baseline: set work-stream objectives, role, define KPIs)
  • Ensure objectives are aligned with the strategic direction
  • Act as liaison and communication bridge across the organization to build alignment on work-stream direction and priorities, and to manage cross-work-stream interdependences
  • Actively monitor completion of necessary deliverables of respective work-streams to translate implications of progress into outcomes and demands for Leads and Sponsors
  • Data or information collection and analysis per project requirements, communicating status to the Leaders and Sponsors for in-time review
  • Provide Leaders, Sponsors and Global interfaces with regular updates on work-stream progress through the project status reports
  • Facilitate and guide the overall work-stream life cycle from start to finish

Requirements

  • University degree or above, MBA a plus
  • Minimum 5-8 years of general business experience
  • Experience with leading consumer brand a plus
  • Experience in leading management consulting firm is a plus
  • Experience in and strong skills of planning, process and project management
  • Experience in working closely with senior management team across functions
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills for impactful storytelling, solid skills in Word, Excel, etc.
  • Basic statistics and modelling knowledge
  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken English and Mandarin
