Antech is seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Product Commercialisation Manager – Reference Lab (Europe & APAC) to lead the commercialisation strategy, portfolio management, and growth initiatives for our Reference Laboratory services. This role focuses on driving commercialisation and market growth across Antech’s highest‑potential Reference Lab markets, with responsibility for developing differentiated strategies, supporting customer acquisition, retention and expanding utilisation in key diagnostic categories where Antech has strong competitive advantage. The role requires strong strategic capability, commercial acumen, market insight, and the ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct market research using internal data, customer insights, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform commercialisation strategies
Analyse testing behaviours, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to uncover market gaps and support business growth
Partner with Sales, Medical, and Lab Operations to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, optimise, and manage a competitive diagnostic test portfolio across markets
Conduct pricing analysis and provide recommendations that balance market competitiveness, customer value, and profitability
Develop compelling value propositions for Reference Lab services and ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints
Develop and execute commercialisation plans aligned with revenue targets, market opportunities, and strategic priorities
Drive cross-functional initiatives that support customer acquisition, reactivation of lapsed accounts, and increased service utilisation
Lead the improvement of the customer onboarding experience and manage the NPS framework to translate feedback into measurable customer and commercial improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
5–7+ years of strategic marketing or product management experience in Lab Services, diagnostics, medical devices, healthcare, or similar
Proven success developing and executing commercialisation strategies
Experience working cross‑functionally in complex or matrix environments
Experience within veterinary or human diagnostics strongly preferred
