Senior Manager/Principal - Insurance. Prometeia is looking for a candidate who will be included in its Insurance team.
Job Responsibility
Development and management of projects related to the strategic and commercial planning of insurance companies and groups, with particular reference to the analysis of insurance market dynamics and the technical analysis of insurance offerings
Design and formalization of design and macro-requirements for the implementation of software solutions to support the sale and management of insurance products
Management and coordination of complex projects and composite workgroups
Business development and activation of new opportunities
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of the insurance market and products
Experience in implementing and managing complex projects to support insurance companies in the fields of strategic planning, commercial planning, product development, and rate optimization
Mastery of the regulatory and legal framework of the insurance sector with a specific focus on commercial, distribution, and product-related issues
PMO skills in both waterfall and agile methodologies
Experience in gathering business requirements from clients and coordinating internal resources (both business analysts and developers)
Master's degree with high grades in economic/financial, statistical, or management engineering disciplines, or related master's programs
Previous experience of 6-10 years in consulting firms with involvement in projects for the insurance market (preferred) and/or in insurance companies/financial institutions in the insurance sector
A good knowledge of English is essential
