We are seeking a Pricing Support Analyst who will contribute to the design, analysis, and deployment of data‑driven pricing strategies for VOIS products and services. The individual will work closely with commercial finance teams, service towers, go‑to‑market partners, and finance business stakeholders to ensure pricing activities are accurate, compliant, and aligned to commercial objectives. This role is well‑suited for individuals experienced in financial modelling, pricing analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Job Responsibility:
Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of pricing models and tools for commercial offerings, particularly for Tier 3 pricing requests
Analyse pricing performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify optimisation opportunities
Assist in preparing pricing proposals and business cases for new initiatives and commercial activities
Prepare and validate data required for Change Request Boards, including price recalculations and service tower back‑ups
Ensure strict adherence to pricing governance frameworks, internal policies, and external regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and support informed pricing decisions
Deliver accurate and timely ad‑hoc analysis and reporting for senior management reviews
Maintain version control and documentation for pricing models and ensure all processes comply with audit requirements
Requirements:
Skilled in analytical problem‑solving with advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel‑based modelling
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across multiple teams
Detail‑oriented, thorough, and capable of managing varied tasks and priorities
Experienced in interpreting complex datasets and anticipating challenges in pricing and financial analysis
Experienced in stakeholder management and able to support sound commercial decision‑making
Educated to at least a Bachelor’s degree level in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial support functions
