Job Description

The Senior Manager, Practice Innovation will support the Chief Innovation Officer and the broader Practice Innovation team in delivering the Firm's AI strategy. The role-holder will support and enable strategic projects and initiatives identified by Firm and practice group leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the rollout of AI training across all levels of our lawyer population
  • Lead the development of training content and shape delivery approaches
  • Work closely with other members of the Practice Innovation team, as well as our external training partner to deliver impact
  • Attend training sessions and facilitate as needed
  • Share learnings and feedback to improve future training sessions
  • Support other priority innovation projects as needed
  • Share insights and best practice
  • Act as a connector across teams to create alignment
  • Identify opportunities where technology and process improvement can transform how projects are delivered and map new ways of working

Requirements

  • Experience in innovation within a law firm
  • Experience with AI, including personal use
  • Experience in broad process improvement and project management, or direct legal practice experience combined with an interest in alternative ways of working
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, self-directed, and delivery-focused
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and novel problems
