Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Policy Governance & Issue Management, LRCO, you will be reporting to the Chief of Staff of LRC and will be part of a team of ex-top consultants focusing on enhancing and upgrading the division including strategy and processes. You will be responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class policy governance program across Risk, Regulatory Compliance, and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) functions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of policy management—including the process and the control of the of issuing, localization, renewal, decommissioning, and archiving— and that our policies are consistently implemented and monitored across global and local entities. You will also lead the identification, escalation, and remediation of issue management, and drive the procurement and optimization of governance tools, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and compliance. This role offers the potential to build and lead a high-performing team, scaling the governance program company-wide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Compliance, Law and Risk
  • At least 5 years of experience in a legal, risk or compliance role and 10 years of overall experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures at a global or regional level
  • Familiarity with policy governance tools and AI-driven process optimization
  • Hands-on mentality and a track record of driving execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments
