This position is responsible for leading the execution, development, and commercialization of Plus Services initiatives within CALA RMAS, ensuring alignment with Marriott’s revenue management philosophy and business objectives. The Senior Manager, Plus Services will drive stakeholder engagement, expand service adoption, and deliver high-impact revenue optimization support across franchised and managed hotels. This role requires strong commercial acumen, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to influence and train diverse audiences while maintaining a strategic revenue management perspective. This position reports directly to the Revenue Director, All Inclusive Operations & Plus Services.
Job Responsibility
Leading the execution, development, and commercialization of Plus Services initiatives within CALA RMAS, ensuring alignment with Marriott’s revenue management philosophy and business objectives
Driving stakeholder engagement, expanding service adoption, and delivering high-impact revenue optimization support across franchised and managed hotels
Driving adoption and execution of Plus Services offerings, including Task Force Support, Revenue Management Trainings, System Audits and Configuration Reviews, and Power of M processes
Partnering with hotels to identify opportunities and implement tailored solutions that enhance performance and operational efficiency
Developing and presenting value propositions for Plus Services to internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring execution consistency aligned with Marriott revenue management standards and strategies
Providing strategic guidance on pricing, inventory management, and system utilization, ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
Actively engaging with franchise partners and managed hotels to position and promote Plus Services solutions
Identifying business opportunities and proactively driving service sales and adoption across the CALA region
Acting as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
Demonstrating advanced expertise across Marriott systems, including Marsha, HPP, One Yield, MARRFP, Product Catalog, and eFAST
Designing and delivering high-impact training sessions for hotel teams, enhancing technical and strategic revenue management capabilities
Developing and maintaining advanced skills in both revenue management strategy and systems
Maintaining superior knowledge beyond standard RM roles, with the ability to coach, mentor, and upskill revenue managers and hotel teams
Applying strong sales and influencing skills to promote and expand Plus Services offerings
Leading presentations to senior stakeholders, articulating complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner
Demonstrating the ability to identify needs, position solutions, and close opportunities effectively
Responding to complex business needs with a solution-oriented mindset and moderate risk assessment
Supporting revenue optimization through technical expertise and strategic thinking
Prioritizing workload effectively to meet regional and organizational objectives

Requirements
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management, or related field
4+ years of experience in revenue management or related disciplines, including exposure to premium or luxury hotel segments
OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in revenue management or related area
Proven experience managing or supporting premium or luxury properties is strongly preferred
Advanced knowledge of Marriott systems and revenue platforms is required
