A growing consumer-facing company is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Creative (DCO) to lead the development of personalized, data-driven advertising experiences. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, marketing technology, and performance marketing, using audience insights and dynamic creative tools to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition.
Job Responsibility
Lead creative strategy for digital advertising campaigns and landing page experiences
Build and manage Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) programs and personalized creative at scale
Partner with Brand, Media, CRM, Analytics, and Technology teams to develop targeted campaigns
Use audience insights and performance data to inform creative direction and optimization
Oversee creative testing initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing
Monitor campaign performance and turn results into actionable recommendations
Requirements
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, creative operations, performance marketing, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and creative personalization
Experience using dynamic creative platforms such as Flashtalking, Celtra, Smartly, Google Marketing Platform, Innovid, Clinch, or similar tools
Strong understanding of creative data feeds, dynamic templates, audience segmentation, and automated creative delivery
Proven ability to use audience insights and performance data to shape creative strategy
