Job Responsibility

  • Lead, mobilize, and develop the Canadian Employee Services team by providing inspiring coaching to build a high-performing, service-oriented culture
  • Oversee the daily delivery of HR services across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, job changes, benefits administration, and employee documentation management)
  • Foster the adoption of standard HR tools and processes by building strong, trust-based relationships with business partners and senior executives
  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for complex operational challenges or leadership inquiries
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives to simplify and optimize the service delivery experience for both managers and employees

Requirements

  • A solid, progressive track record in HR operations or HR shared services, including proven experience in people management
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken, essential for seamless daily collaboration with international colleagues and partners
  • Practical experience working with Workday (or an equivalent enterprise-scale HRIS)
  • Previous experience navigating within a large organization or a complex, regulated, matrix environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a natural ability to communicate with impact when presenting to senior leadership
