In this influential role, you will oversee critical areas of our organization, focusing on scaling our People Operations efficiency. Job Responsibility

  • Own key operational processes
  • Manage and drive key People Operations projects in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of people team members and programs
  • Improve the efficiency of the HR team by partnering with stakeholders to automate and streamline internal processes that improve and enhance the internal employee experience
  • Expand operations team
  • Centralize and execute processes that scale, leveraging automations and improvements (Experience with UKG preferred)
  • Build out ticketing processes and structure to enable SLAs and metrics tracking (Experience with Jira preferred)
  • Lead core people operations across multiple countries, ensuring excellence and ownership in execution of day to day tasks, auditing and compliance for your team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a hypergrowth startup environment
  • HR-specific experience in global operations highly preferred
  • Ability to punch through ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resources
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and leaders to drive clarity and process improvements
  • Experience optimizing operations systems to further streamline people processes
  • Overall track record of professional success
