Job Description:

As a Product Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of our PBM product portfolio. This role centers on two primary areas: leading and supporting product strategy and innovation for new product ideas and launches, and executing pricing strategies that support current portfolio products.

Job Responsibility:

Lead new product ideation and development
Navigate complex and ambiguous product opportunities
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
Create and defend business cases
Execute pricing strategies including TrueCost
Support internal teams with pricing-related initiatives
Partner with external stakeholders to drive product adoption

Requirements:

5+ years of experience within healthcare or related industries
Ideal experience in PBM pricing, enterprise strategy, enterprise sales, or product marketing
2+ years of client facing experience managing customers
7+ years of total professional work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, ROIC modeling
Comfortable with up to 15% of travel
Bachelor's degree required
