Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy that drives demand with and through Belden's partners, including distributors, SI/Installer, OEM and EcoSystem partners. This role is responsible for leading the team and building partner marketing capabilities and generating partner-sourced revenue.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the team that will design and deliver campaigns, promotions, co-marketing initiatives and joint business development efforts that support partner-led demand generation and revenue growth
Build and execute marketing strategies that drive demand with and through distributors, SI/Installer, OEM and EcoSystem partners
Oversee Regional promotion of relevant products and solutions to Partners
Equip partners with the education and resources needed to market Belden effectively
Effectively manage and maximize co-op budget and programs
Continuously refine and implement partner portal content
Cross-functional collaboration to organize channel and partner events, sponsorships, and trainings
Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews for key partners
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, or a similar field
10+ years of experience in the marketing field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of marketing and design tools/programs, such as Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office
