Job Description:

You will play a highly hands-on, strategic role in strengthening the firm's defense against supplier and outsourcing risks. You will be expected to draft, implement, and operationalize key risk frameworks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and Executing the end-to-end Outsourcing Governance framework, ensuring MAS compliance
  • Leading and performing complex Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and due diligence assessments
  • Driving the strategic integration of Outsourcing Risk Management practices across the business
  • Acting as the subject matter expert, turning regulatory requirements into actionable, practical policies

Requirements:

  • At least 6-8 years of specialist experience in Outsourcing Governance, TPRM, and Vendor Management
  • Proven track record in Third Party Risk Management within the Insurance or Financial Services industry (Insurance experience is highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to the Singapore market (e.g., MAS guidelines)
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Degree in Banking and Finance
