Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and strengthen its recruiting function during a period of continued growth and transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic yet highly hands-on talent acquisition leader to build structure, improve processes, and drive recruiting execution across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiting professional who thrives in high-growth organizations, enjoys building scalable talent acquisition operations, and is comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with day-to-day recruiting activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience required, including experience leading and developing recruiting teams
  • Ability to operate as a highly hands-on recruiting leader, personally managing requisitions while overseeing team performance and recruiting operations
  • Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across corporate, operational, technical, and/or high-volume hiring environments required
  • Experience implementing recruiting processes, workflows, metrics, and accountability frameworks required
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments required
  • Leadership style should be proactive, accountable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute at all levels
