Job Description:

The Senior Manager of Strategic Growth at CVS Health will strengthen client relationships, resolve escalations, and drive account expansion in healthcare and supplemental benefits industries. You will be responsible for shaping long-term client success while developing growth initiatives and collaborating across legal, finance, and product teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives within existing high value accounts to maximize incremental revenue, deepen engagement, and drive long term value
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex client issues, collaborating with internal teams to drive swift and effective resolutions that reinforce trust and retention
  • Cultivate executive level relationships with clients, positioning our organization as an indispensable strategic partner
  • Lead contract negotiations in partnership with legal and finance, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating risk and maintaining compliance
  • Analyze account performance data to identify trends, risks, and expansion opportunities, proactively addressing issues before they escalate
  • Mentor and support the account management team, providing guidance on best practices, strategic thinking, and client engagement strategies

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in management consulting, client success, or business development within the healthcare, insurance, or supplemental benefits industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level clients with relationship complexity, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Executive presence with the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally

  • Problem solver who thrives in high-stakes situations and can drive resolutions with urgency and precision
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making
