Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
JD or MBA strongly preferred
6+ years of experience in legal or professional services recruiting, required
Direct experience recruiting at the executive or partner level strongly required (e.g., legal partners, consulting partners, or equivalent senior leadership roles)
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies and build high-quality candidate pipelines
Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage credibly and confidently with senior partners and stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust across internal and external stakeholders, including partners and search firms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation, and highly professional environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
