Job Description

Senior Manager of Frontend Engineering — Zuora Platform UI. Zuora is building the world’s leading order to cash management platform, and the Platform UI organization is at the heart of how customers experience it. As Senior Manager of Frontend Engineering, you will define the vision, architecture, and execution of Zuora’s UI platform—powering both Zuora products and seamless integrations with third-party enterprise systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Reusable UI & Consistent Experience: Build scalable, reusable UI components and widgets that deliver a modern, consistent experience across Zuora products and improve engineering efficiency
  • Configurable, Extensible & Embeddable Frameworks: Create a UI platform that enables enterprise customers to configure, customize, and embed Zuora UI components not only within Zuora applications but also in external systems such as CRM and ERP platforms
  • Enterprise-Grade Support: Ensure the UI platform can handle complex enterprise business logic—including order management, revenue, and financial operations—while remaining performant, intuitive, and secure
  • AI & Innovation Leadership: Champion the use of AI-driven tools and workflows to accelerate development, improve product quality, and unlock new customer value
  • Organizational Leadership: Scale and mentor global frontend teams, foster innovation and inclusivity, and partner with Product, UX, and Backend leaders to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

  • 10+ years in software engineering
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven success building extensible, embeddable UI platforms for complex enterprise SaaS
  • Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, design systems, micro-frontends)
