Job Description:

Senior Manager of User Experience to play a pivotal role in Pfizer's innovative operating model by leading design efforts within Forward Impact Teams (FIT Pods). Focus on utilizing cutting-edge AI tools, rapid prototyping, and an iterative, lean-team approach to create high-impact proof of concept solutions in days.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
  • 6+ years of progressive UX design experience
  • Extensive experience with AI-driven design tools and platforms
  • Experience designing Conversational UX (chat and/or voice)
  • Experience designing Agentic AI workflows
  • Strong experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in leading design strategy and execution
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating system-level design thinking, AI-powered experiences, and rapid prototyping
  • Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to lead without authority
