Job Responsibility

  • Lead a distributed DevOps team across the US, UK and Bangladesh, supporting applications built on Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • Drive adoption of AI-based DevOps tools to automate processes, optimize infrastructure, and enhance team productivity
  • Implement and monitor team productivity metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate closely with other engineering managers to align on technical strategy, resource allocation, and project execution
  • Take ownership of cloud cost control and FinOps initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and budget
  • Manage vendor relationships for cloud providers and ensure optimal utilization of services
  • Build and execute roadmaps for scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure
  • Champion best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization
  • Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high standards of quality and maintainability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading distributed infrastructure engineering teams
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Azure (required), AWS and GCP (preferred)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools and cloud security best practices
  • Deep experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
