owning and evolving visual identity and standards across campaigns, channels, and product touchpoints
developing concepts for marketing initiatives from ideation through execution
directing email and push notification creative including copy, layout, and brand expression
overseeing digital stationery design reviews
using data and insights to refine creative decisions
identifying new tools and workflows to scale creativity and production
Requirements:
5+ years of brand creative, design, or art direction experience
strong writing and copyediting abilities
expertise in both visual and narrative storytelling
proven experience developing integrated digital campaigns
the ability to lead and critique creative work to uphold brand consistency
impeccable attention to detail
proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other generative tools
