Job Description:

Senior Manager responsible for day-to-day oversight of Triage Nurses and Pharmacy Technicians teams in a 24/7 clinical contact center, ensuring high-quality patient care, meeting SLAs, and driving strategic growth of these departments.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise nurses and oversee execution of daily clinical workflows
Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee execution of daily workflows
Manage both groups towards exceeding SLAs
Collaborate with Leadership on operational initiatives
Audit team's documentation and review clinical decision making
Provide staff education
Oversee maintenance of certifications and licensure
Launch and Manage core functional updates for Nurse Triage software
Provide oversight as both teams continue to grow
Create strategic partnerships with leaders and vendors
Provide an exceptional patient experience

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
An active compact RN license in your state of residence required
Bachelor's degree required
CPR Certification required
EMR experience
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience working as a nurse, preferably in a primary care office, other outpatient setting, or contact center
US work authorization
